I have been a locum for 5 years now and always found my own work because I never trusted agencies or the agencies I did try bombarded me with calls and emails that caused more stress than help. Me and Hannah started talking when she worked at a different agency one I didn’t use as I was finding my own work. What made Hannah stand out to me at that very moment was she support me in my direct bookings. She wasn’t getting paid from my direct booking but always offered to help where she could with my contracts and understanding the practice before I went. Due to the transparency Hannah oozes and the passion she has for every candidate she works with is the reason I now work with Hannah for nearly all my locum shifts. Having someone who I know has my best interests at heart has really taken the stress off me. The admin side of my locum business has decreased due to Hannah doing it for me and now I can simply build great relationships with practices and focus on the job I love; working hours and shifts that suit me. Hannah’s superpower lies in finding perfect permanent roles for vets, nurses, ACA, receptionist and specialists. Personally, I have never wanted a permanent job but If I did, I would have no doubt that Hannah could find me one and support me in getting the salary, shifts and work environment that suits me.

Working with Hannah has been a pleasure. She managed to secure me a role that is exactly what I was looking for. Everything went smoothly and with zero stress.

After working with previous recruitment companies and being frustrated by being bombarded by them it really put me off using them to find locum work. But Hannah has been such a dream to work with. She is down to earth and there is no stress involved in finding placements. Definitely would recommend her to any locum colleagues, if you want a no fuss, friendly and effortless process to find your next bookings!

A big THANK YOU to Hannah for initially listening to my needs for a new out-of-hours position, taking consideration of my skills and experience. I have to say thanks to Hannah for all her patience and hard work. So far I have been very lucky with her placements. And I had the sensation than she doesn’t only consider the interest of the clinic, as just only a few times happens with locum agencies and that happens with a few and the best, she is taking at heart the interest of the employee. Therefore this is what it makes the difference with the many locum agency which use the employee as a pay day. Work is something more serious and Hannah is making her best efforts to help professionally vets and nurses.

I have been an RVN now for 3 years, I decided to take the leap this year (2024) into locum work.
