We’re an established independent practice with three local sites, offering high standards of primary care with a focus on affordability and client trust. Our flagship clinic includes a new, gold-standard cat-only facility and is fully equipped to manage complex cases in-house — so there’s rarely a need for referral.

You’ll be joining a supportive team of 38, including 17 experienced nurses. We’re a teaching practice with a strong emphasis on CPD, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The Role
4-day week (8:45am–6:30pm) + 1 in 5 Saturdays (9am–12pm)
(Open to a 3-day week, pro rata)

Additional 1 in 5 rota for inpatients

No OOH (handled by Vets Now)

£52,000 starting salary

CPD allowance £1,500/year

5 weeks holiday + bank holidays

VDS & RCVS fees covered

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in practice

Confident with routine surgery and managing chronic disease

Interest in coaching or mentoring others

Comfortable supporting the wider team when senior vets are away

A certificate holder or someone working toward one is welcomed
