Experienced Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity – HL30002

My client, a thriving independent small animal practice in North London (Finchley), is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with 3+ years of UK experience to join their friendly and professional team. This popular North London practice, established in 2017, has grown significantly, and they are now expanding to bring on a skilled vet to support their three-vet team. This role reports directly to the Director.

If you thrive in a busy practice focused on delivering excellent care to clients and their pets, this could be a fantastic fit. The role offers a diverse caseload with a mix of consultations and surgeries, ensuring case continuity. Candidates should be comfortable with sole charge, and an interest in exotics would be a plus. For an experienced individual, there may be an opportunity to join the senior leadership team, working with the practice owners on business development during an exciting phase as they prepare to open a second branch locally.

Role Details:

Full-time, 40 hours per week (shifts between 8:30 am – 7 pm)
Sundays on a 1-in-3 rota (10 am – 2 pm)
No Saturdays or on-call requirements
Part-time and flexible working options available—please state your preferences upon applying
Driver with own car preferred
Benefits:

Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
