Role at a Glance
Title: Head Registered Veterinary Nurse (Head RVN)
Hours: 40 per week—structured around a 4-day working week with additional weekend time off
Schedule: Includes 1 in 6 weekends and about one bank holiday per year no out-of-hours commitments
Work locations: Primarily based at one site, with responsibilities across two clinic locations
Your Workspace and Opportunities
You’ll work in bright, modern clinics featuring high-end facilities—CT scanner, dental suite with radiography, large prep areas, separate wards, and multiple consulting rooms. You’ll also practice full clinical skills, including Schedule 3 procedures (like stitch-ups, lump removals, dental radiography, scale & polish), CT operation, and leading nurse clinics.
