Help Search Locate seeks a Clinician in Small Animal Surgery for our University client in Scotland
Salary: Grade 7/8, £41,064 – £58,225 per annum
(plus generous clinical supplement DOE and employer pension contribution)

We are recruiting a dynamic and motivated Clinician in Small Animal Surgery to join a well-established and award-winning veterinary team at a leading university in Scotland.

This role is ideal for candidates with expertise in general surgery and a particular interest in either orthopaedics or soft tissue surgery. The position is based in a multidisciplinary referral hospital with access to state-of-the-art facilities including MRI, CT, linear accelerator, digital radiography, and multiple fully equipped surgical theatres.

In addition to clinical duties, the successful applicant will contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate clinical teaching. Clinical research and scholarship are actively encouraged and supported through dedicated off-clinic time.

Requirements:

Veterinary degree registrable with the RCVS

Diploma in Veterinary Surgery (ECVS, ACVS, or RCVS)

Experienced candidates with Advanced Practitioner status or eligibility to sit Diploma exams will also be considered

Desirable:

PhD or research experience

Teaching qualification
