About the Practice

This is a brand-new, purpose-built, independent small animal practice in South West London, part of a group of multi-award-winning veterinary surgeries. The practice provides comprehensive care, from routine vaccinations to advanced surgeries, supported by a network of nearby clinics and a 24-hour hospital offering advanced procedures such as laser therapy, keyhole and orthopaedic surgery, CT scanning, and emergency care.

The team is friendly, experienced, and dedicated, with a strong focus on compassionate, client-centred care. Staff are carefully selected for their commitment to animals and excellent customer service, ensuring every patient receives respectful, high-quality treatment.

About the Role – Head RVN
We are seeking a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our supportive and progressive team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated nurse looking for career progression and leadership experience in a collaborative environment.

Work Pattern: 4-day week with a light Saturday morning rota (1:3)
No out-of-hours or on-call duties
Flexible full-time or part-time arrangements
