Veterinary Surgeon – Full-Time – South East London

We are recruiting for a friendly, RCVS-accredited small animal practice with two branches located in residential areas of South East London (with easy parking). This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team with a long-standing, loyal client base and a genuine focus on patient care.

The Offer:

Salary from £35,000+, DOE

4 days per week, 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (8:30am–12:30pm)

No out-of-hours required for new cases

28 days annual leave including bank holidays

Fully supported CPD with encouragement for further qualifications

Access to modern equipment (including ultrasound, dental x-ray, endoscopy)

Ideal Candidate:

MRCVS registered with at least 1–2 years’ experience in small animal practice

Great team player with excellent communication and client care skills

Able to work between two sites and provide own transport

Comfortable with occasional sole charge and inpatient duties

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality veterinary care across consultations, surgery, and diagnostics

Participate in team training, clinical governance, and CPD

Assist in cost-effective practice management and community engagement
