We’re proud to be supporting the launch of a brand-new, independently owned small animal practice, opening in Summer 2025 in the scenic coastal North Yorkshire.

This is a rare opportunity for a motivated, ambitious Veterinary Surgeon to play a pivotal role in shaping and growing a brand-new practice. Whether you’re looking to take the next step in your career or explore leadership and mentoring opportunities, this role offers genuine autonomy, clinical freedom, and a chance to do things differently—without the constraints of a corporate structure.

What You’ll Love About This Role:

Salary up to £70K depending on experience

40-hour week over 4 days (8:30 AM – 6:30 PM, paid breaks included)

Saturday mornings (8:30–12) on a rota – with time off in lieu

No OOH | No On-Call | No Bank Holiday Work

5 weeks’ holiday + Bank Holidays

RCVS & VDS fees paid

£1,500 CPD allowance + 4 CPD days

Accommodation available if relocating

Relocation support up to £3K (non-agency applicants)

Visa sponsorship available
