Veterinary Surgeon – East Sussex, Sunshine Coast

My client, a highly regarded independent veterinary practice located in the coastal town of East Sussex, is seeking an experienced Small Animal Vet to join their friendly and forward-thinking team. This well-equipped and busy practice includes 4 full-time and 2 part-time vets, along with 4 fantastic RVNs, SVNs, and VNAs, not to mention their wonderful receptionists.

About the Practice: The practice offers a wide range of services, including in-house soft tissue surgery, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, BOAS procedures, and ultrasonography.

Role Details:

Experience: Ideally, candidates should have at least 4-5 years of experience, but all candidates will be considered based on merit. My client is also part of the VETGDP and welcomes recent graduates who are eager to develop their skills.

Skills Required: Good general medical and surgical skills, confidence in routine procedures as well as more complex cases, the ability to prioritise workloads, excellent time management, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their pets.
