Location: Southeast England (commutable from Guildford, near Gatwick Airport)
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week over 4 days, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (with TOIL)
Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE

The Role:
My client is looking for an experienced and compassionate Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly team. This role is ideal for a candidate ready to step into a leadership position while maintaining hands-on clinical duties. The position involves working 40 hours over 4 days, with a shared Saturday rota (with time off in lieu). Experience in general practice is essential, and a special interest in surgery or dentistry would be a bonus.

Ideal Candidate:

An experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a strong GP background
A particular interest in surgery or dentistry preferred
Leadership experience or a desire to mentor and develop a team
Excellent communication and client care skills
Committed to maintaining high clinical standards and delivering excellent patient care
