With two fully equipped theatres, the practice is ISFM Silver Accredited as Cat Friendly, providing a calm and comforting environment for feline patients.

The practice handles a diverse and exciting caseload, with a strong focus on surgery, including orthopaedic procedures, and a wide range of medical cases. Emergency and critical care (ECC) is also a key part of the workload, ensuring no two days are the same. The clinic is well-equipped with modern diagnostic and surgical tools, and is continually evolving to meet the needs of both clients and patients.

As part of a team of three vets, the clinic is supported by a committed and knowledgeable staff, including senior vets with special interests in surgery and medicine, as well as a team of RVNs, SVNs, and receptionists. The practice is part of a larger independent group, which allows for strong team collaboration across multiple sites, with a Customer Service Manager overseeing the operations of several local clinics.
