Designated reception team so nurses remain clinically focused

Work Pattern:

Full-time preferred but part-time considered

Protected 1-hour lunch break and built-in admin time

1 in 4 weekends (with support), followed by a guaranteed weekday off

No out-of-hours – inpatient care only, on a rota shared equally
