About the Role
Youll be based at the Worthing branch clinic, delivering high-quality first opinion care in a warm, community-centric setting. Supported by a collaborative wider team, including a central hospital and referral services, youll have access to the tools and guidance you need to excel.
About You
MRCVS-qualified Veterinary Surgeon with solid clinical experience in first opinion practice.
Ideally working towards or holding a certificate or Advanced Practitioner status.
A great communicator who thrives in a friendly, values-driven team.

Working Pattern
4-day working week (10-hour shifts, between 7:30am–7:30pm)
1-hour lunch break
1 in 6 weekend and bank holiday rota, with 2 lieu days following any weekends worked
No routine out-of-hours
Part-time and flexible working options considered
Salary
£45,000 to £65,000+ depending on experience, certification, and Advanced Practitioner status.
