About You:
You are an experienced RVN (RCVS) with a valid driving licence, passionate about providing high-quality care in a supportive team environment. You share our values of humility, respect, empathy, work ethic, honesty, communication, and teamwork.

Rota and Salary:
4-day week with 10-hour shifts (7:30am-6:30pm, 8:00am-7:00pm, 8:30am-7:30pm) – 40 hours per week
Equal rota for daytime inpatient care and emergency help over weekends and bank holidays (2 days off in lieu for any weekends worked)
No out-of-hours work except as backup to the emergency team (rarely needed)
Salary: £26,000 to £33,000 per annum, depending on experience
Primarily based at Horsham Hospital with occasional support at other branches
