We are an independent, first-opinion small animal practice situated in a charming market town in North Buckinghamshire. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated veterinary surgeon to join our team and help us deliver high-quality, compassionate care to both patients and their carers.

About You:

MRCVS-qualified with solid clinical skills and a passion for animal welfare.

Naturally empathetic and compassionate in your approach to both patients and their owners.

Confident working independently and making informed clinical decisions.

Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Proactive, enthusiastic, and keen to help shape the growth of a new practice.

Comfortable with consultations and routine surgical procedures.

Willing to participate in an out-of-hours rota if required.

What’s on Offer:

Salary up to £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

5 weeks holiday pro rata, plus bank holidays.
