Veterinary Surgeon – Experienced (Permanent) (Birmingham / West Midlands)

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon for a permanent role in an independent small-animal practice, offering both excellent facilities and a supportive, long-term environment.

Permanent position (no locums)

Salary: up to £80,000, very negotiable depending on experience and skill set

What we’re looking for:

A veterinary surgeon with solid clinical experience in general practice and ideally some surgical or referral experience

Someone who values working in a team, wants to grow their skills, and is committed to high standards of care

What we offer:

Negotiable working days (ideally 4–5 days/week)

1 in 4 weekends required, with optional out-of-hours work
