Veterinary Surgeon – West Sussex (Full or Part-Time, 12-Month Maternity Cover)
Our client, a well-established independent veterinary group in West Sussex, is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon for a 12-month maternity cover contract at their busy hospital. Full- or part-time applications will be considered.

About You:
Experienced Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS) with at least 3 years’ small animal practice experience, including at least 1 year in the UK
Consult-only vets will also be considered
Demonstrates the values of humility, respect, empathy, work ethic, honesty, communication, and teamwork
Role & Responsibilities:
First opinion GP work based primarily at the West Sussex hospital
Contribute to early & late shifts, weekends, bank holidays, and on-call rotas (flexible and collaborative approach)
Standard shifts are 10 hours with a 1-hour lunch break, typically between 7.30am–7.30pm, with flexibility possible to suit work-life balance
