An established, independent veterinary hospital in South Wales is seeking a motivated and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join its close-knit clinical team. The practice operates as an RCVS-accredited hospital with several branch surgeries and provides a full in-house 24/7 emergency service for registered clients.

Owned and led by practicing vets, the focus is firmly on clinical quality, continuity of care, and a genuinely supportive working environment—free from corporate pressures.

The Role
This position would suit a Veterinary Surgeon who is confident with routine consultations and surgical procedures, has completed their GDP, and is keen to continue developing in a safe, well-supported environment. You will gain valuable experience in emergency and critical care while being backed by experienced colleagues at all times.

Package & Benefits
Salary: £38,000 – £50,000 (reviewed annually)
