Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse
Salary: £40,000+ DOE
Location: West London
We are seeking a Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our independently owned, RCVS-accredited small animal practices in West London. You will play a key role in supporting clinical teams, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care
Oversee hospitalised patients and ensure smooth clinical operations
Conduct clinical coaching and mentoring for junior nurses and students
Maintain lab tests, equipment, and clinical procedures at the highest standards

Essential Requirements:
RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)
5+ years post-qualification experience in a clinical setting
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Preferred Experience:
Orthopaedic, chemotherapy, endoscopy, blood transfusions, ventilator use (training available)
