Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon – Ceredigion

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Small Animal Vet to join a long-standing, independent mixed veterinary practice nestled in the heart of the Welsh countryside.

We are seeking a motivated vet who is comfortable with out-of-hours responsibilities and working in a 1:5 rota covering weekends and OOH.

We are particularly interested in candidates with a surgical certificate, as we aim to expand our surgical capabilities and reduce the need for referrals. This role offers the opportunity to develop and expand surgical skills within a supportive and progressive environment.

This position is available due to practice expansion and provides a chance to grow your clinical skills while working alongside an experienced team.

Salary & Benefits
£45,000 for the first 2 years (salary highly negotiable for an experienced surgical candidate – all levels considered).
Overtime opportunities.
On-call retainer plus hourly rates.
