Registered Veterinary Nurse / Head Nurse / Practice Manager Opportunity

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE

Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for experienced Registered Veterinary Nurses to join a well-equipped independent veterinary practice in East Warwickshire.

We are seeking RVNs for day roles, with clear progression pathways available into senior clinical and operational leadership positions, including Head Nurse, Clinical Lead Nurse, and Practice Manager for those with the appropriate experience and ambition.

About the Practice
The practice is focused on delivering high clinical standards alongside a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing and sustainable working practices.

It is fully equipped with advanced diagnostic and surgical facilities including CT, digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, laparoscopy, and an in-house laboratory.

A dedicated out-of-hours service is in place, meaning no night or emergency rota commitments for day RVN roles.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery of high-quality nursing care across a varied caseload
Support with anaesthesia, theatre, imaging, inpatient care, and clinical procedures
Contribution to clinical standards, protocols, and service delivery
Collaboration with veterinary and nursing teams
Maintaining excellent patient and client care

Candidate Requirements
RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse
Strong general nursing experience
Commitment to high clinical standards
Team-oriented approach and strong communication skills
Interest in professional development and progression
Leadership ambition advantageous but not essential
