This role would suit an experienced veterinary surgeon looking to take the next step into leadership, or an existing Head Vet seeking a progressive environment focused on clinical excellence, team development, and high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the management team, helping to drive clinical standards, mentor colleagues, and support the ongoing growth and development of the practice and wider team.

The Role

4-day working week
1 in 4 weekends
Leadership and clinical responsibilities
