Head Veterinary Surgeon – Lincoln

An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen for a Head Veterinary Surgeon to join a busy, modern small animal practice in Lincoln.

This role would suit an experienced veterinary surgeon who is confident in both clinical delivery and team leadership, and who is passionate about driving high standards of patient care and continuous improvement across the practice.

The successful candidate will play a central role within the management team, helping to shape clinical direction, support service development, and mentor colleagues to ensure consistently high levels of evidence-based veterinary care.

The Role

4-day working week
1 in 4 weekends
No routine OOH duties (Head Vet may be required to be on call for any inpatients overnight if needed)
Clinical leadership and case responsibility
Supporting and developing the wider veterinary team
Driving continuous improvement in clinical standards and services
