My Client in West London | Salary up to £35,000 DOE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a thriving, well-established independent small animal practice in West London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an RVN looking to join a large, supportive team within a modern and progressive clinical environment. The successful candidate will be fully utilised across all aspects of nursing and will have the opportunity to work within a varied caseload, advanced facilities, and a genuinely collaborative team.
My client is particularly keen to hear from Clinical Coaches, although experienced RVNs looking to develop into this area are also encouraged to apply.
About the Practice
This is a busy, well-equipped independent practice with a strong clinical reputation and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
The team currently consists of:
10 Veterinary Surgeons
6 Registered Veterinary Nurses
Experienced support staff
The practice offers a broad and interesting caseload with access to advanced diagnostics, surgical procedures, and inpatient care.
Facilities & Services Include:
Brand new on-site laboratories
Digital X-ray
Ultrasound scanning (cardiac and internal medicine)
Dental suite and treatments
Keyhole surgery
Fracture repairs
Cruciate ligament surgery
Cancer treatments
Cryotherapy
K-Laser therapy
Pet Healthcare Club
The Role
This is a varied nursing position involving all RVN duties, including:
Theatre and anaesthesia support
Inpatient care
Nurse consultations
Diagnostic support
Patient monitoring
Assisting with advanced procedures
Hours & Rota:
37.5-hour week
1 in 4 weekends
No out-of-hours
No on-call
ASAP start available
About You:
RCVS Registered
Comfortable with all general nursing duties
A strong team player with excellent communication skills
Passionate about high clinical standards and patient care
Clinical Coach qualification is highly desirable, although support available for the right candidate looking to progress.
Salary & Benefits
Newly Qualified RVN: £31,827
Experienced Clinical Coach: Up to £35,000 DOE (neg)
£500 annual CPD allowance
