Are you an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon looking for a genuinely supportive, friendly team where you can enjoy coming to work each day?

My client, a well-established independent small animal practice in Kent, is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join their welcoming and close-knit team. Situated in a desirable coastal location with excellent transport links and within easy reach of London, this opportunity offers an enviable blend of lifestyle, team culture, and clinical support.

This independent practice has built an excellent reputation locally for providing high standards of patient care alongside a warm, personal approach to clients. The team currently consists of 3 Veterinary Surgeons, 6 RVNs, and an experienced wider support team, creating a highly collaborative and well-supported working environment.

They are looking for a vet with at least 2 years of UK small animal experience, who is confident in consultations and routine GP surgery and enjoys building strong client relationships. Just as importantly, they are seeking someone who values teamwork, positivity, and becoming part of a genuinely friendly team culture.

The Role
• Small Animal GP Veterinary Surgeon role
• Routine consults and surgery
• Flexible full-time or part-time hours considered

• No out-of-hours commitments

The Package
• Salary from £45,000+ DOE
• 35 days annual leave, including bank holidays
